Via nypost.com. I've seen my share of bar fights, but I've never seen one like this. A drunk guy at Kid Rock's Big Ass Honky Tonk & Rock ‘N Roll Steakhouse in Nashville lost his sh** on a pair of cops, swinging his full colostomy bag at them and covering them with feces. I'll bet they don't cover that at the police academy.
Nicholas Adam Newhart, 39, was blocking an emergency exit door. When security asked him to move, he refused. They then asked him to leave, he refused. So they called the cops, at which point Newhart allegedly took out his colostomy bag from inside his pants and began to swing it around wildly, hitting two officers with his excrement.
He was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault of an officer-offensive contact, as well as public intoxication and disorderly conduct. He remained in custody as of Wednesday on $4,500 bond, online records show. What? No charge of using a poop bag as a deadly weapon?
